Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job Description:

It is important to know when to seek advice and/or ask questions; particularly when learning office policies and procedures.

Primary Functions are to provide administrative support to Crown companies, building tenants and Crown Business clientele.  Support may include general administrative duties, front desk/reception, bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include operating secretarial service; greeting all clients/visitors, handling phones and mail.  Bookkeeping for multiple organizations using QuickBooks; handling cash, AR/AP, and monthly billing.  Working with clientele on resumes, cover letters, and other general documents.

Skills and experience should include working with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook - including mail merges and database management.  Candidates should be proficient with basic office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, binding and fax machines, and postal meter.

Requirements:

  • 2 years secretarial/bookkeeping experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • QuickBooks proficiency
  • typing and 10-key skills
  • time management skills
  • customer service experience
